Project Coordinator – 12 months contract – Cambridge / Ely

Are you a detail-driven organiser with a knack for keeping projects on track?

I am supporting a local company who is recruiting a Project Coordinator into their dynamic team.  You will play a key role in managing project data, finance inputs, and documentation across the full lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity, initially for a 12-month contract to support internal teams and clients while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Duties of the Project Coordinator :-

  • Maintain and update project systems with accurate data
  • Record and log financial inputs and project deliverables – including designs, drawings and supporting documentation across internal and client systems
  • Perform ongoing project housekeeping, including reviewing live data, managing on-hold projects, and updating system notes.
  • Liaise with teams and clients to keep everything running smoothly

Requirements for the Project Coordinator :-

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ideally experience with project coordination
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset
