Lydia joins Kameo Recruitment as our Finance Director, she has over 20 years accountancy and finance experience so her passion for numbers needs no explanation! Behind the scenes Lydia has been part of Kameo since day one, and we are honoured to have her join our team officially.
Back in May 2018, Sharon set up Kameo Recruitment. She did this because she wanted to offer a personal service that is tailored to each and every candidate and client. Sharon has eight years of experience in recruitment, which has seen her work with clients of all sizes, recruit for many sectors and cover positions from entry to senior level.
Claudine is passionate about recruitment and prides herself on building strong long lasting and honest relationships with both her candidates and clients. With a wealth of recruitment experience spanning over 20 years, Claudine has worked with a variety of businesses ranging from large manufacturing companies to SME’s and start-up businesses. Claudine is fun and energetic and you will always find her with a smile on her face and a story to tell!
Dan heads up our regional office in Bury St. Edmunds and is the marketing and sales recruitment manager in both Bury & Cambridge. He has 13+ years’ recruitment experience under his belt, gained in both recruitment and business development roles. Dan is passionate, hungry to succeed and commercially astute; partnering with Dan, through Kameo, will always bring a smile to your face!
Daiane joined Kameo in September 2020. A food obsessive, she’s highly personable, energetic and will always ask you what you’re having for dinner that night. With over six years IT & Engineering recruitment experience, she is excited to introduce this dynamic sector to the Kameo Recruitment portfolio.
Alex is an experienced consultant with over 10 years’ of recruitment experience; she thrives off making a difference and takes huge pride in her work. Alex works quietly but her movements are loud, her meticulous nature and consideration for others make her the ideal consultant to build a relationship with.
Freddy joined Kameo as one of our first Associate Recruitment Consultants, after being part of a rigorous management programme in his previous position. He is a genuine person who loves nothing more than building relationships, where he can have a positive impact. Freddy’s shown passion and commitment, and we’re excited to see his recruitment career progress.
Kyran is an effective communicator who takes pride in his work, and you rarely find him without a smile! His previous customer service experience, coupled with his attention to detail and empathic approach enable him to deliver the best results for both clients and candidates.
Kayleigh joined Kameo in September 2019. She is personable, professional and diligent; Kayleigh is our behind the scenes girl, she is instrumental in building the brand and her role is vital to moving the business forward.
Clare is a stickler for detail, an excel whizz and a process lover! Clare doesn’t just get the job done (very well) she is a great team player turning her hand, and supporting, the team with the projects they’re working on. When she’s not keeping the Kameo team in check you can find her on the side of a football pitch cheering her children on!
Micky joins Kameo with a wealth of operations experience under his belt! A stickler for rules, he is happiest beavering away in the background streamlining policies and procedures. He is excited to be part of the Kameo Team, always on hand to ensure our cogs are running smoothly. His smile and upbeat personality will never fail to lift your spirits!
Milly is our latest Kameo recruit, despite her serious look, she’s a kind-natured, loveable pup who keeps the team smiling with her mischievous ways!
