Kameo Recruitment is recruiting for a Technical Sales Administrator to join a world leading consultancy firm based in South Cambridge, on a 9-month maternity cover contract. You will be assisting with preparation of quotations as well as managing the day to day running of the CRM.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Technical Sales Administrator
- Producing quotations from customer enquiries and project specifications
- Entering new opportunities and customers within the CRM
- Tracking the status of quotes & opportunities
- Organising quotations to ensure quotes are delivered within correct timescales
- Controlling the flow of information in the CRM
- First line of contact for sales phone line and email
- Working with technical team for product queries
- Providing reports for the sales team
Requirements for this role
- A team player with communication & computer skills
- Flexible approach to working, with time management and multitasking skills
- Organisational skills with attention to detail
- Experience preparing quotations
