Salary: £31,836.24 p.a.
Hours of work: Full time, 40-45 hours per week, on a rota basis across seven days a week

Kameo Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for a Sous Chef to join an enthusiastic kitchen team at a resort near St Neots, on a 6-month contract. Within these modern kitchens you will be managing your own section, preparing fresh food to a consistently high standard. You will be ensuring Health & Safety regulations are maintained and will also be assisting with stock taking and receiving deliveries.

- A team player with the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- An excellent communicator, with knowledge of running a section, and knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Ability to delegate and supervise
