Sales Executive

Salary:  £40,000 – £50,000

Hours of work: Full-time, office based

Kameo Recruitment is recruiting for a highly-driven, results focused Sales Executive to join our Client’s software company who have a disruptive solution for the scrap metal industry.

In this role you will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from building a pipeline of qualified opportunities, to winning and onboarding.  If you have experience in an outbound calling role paired with exceptional communication skills… Our client will be eager to hear from you!

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handling the inbound & outbound sales calls generated from marketing campaigns
  • Run discovery demos with prospective customers, aligning the features and benefits to business problems that impact the bottom line
  • Be an ambassador within a growth territory, on social media and in person at industry events
  • Work together with the marketing team to identify informational gaps and trends that will help increase sales

Requirements for this role

  • Experience in a professional outbound calling role (recruitment, real estate, utilities)
  • Must utilise all communication methods available for generating sales
  • Demonstratable track record converting conversations into business opportunities
  • A proven track record in b2b sales
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Growth mind set and make-happen attitude for life in a fast-paced scale-up
  • Must be independent and self-assured in ability to make significant judgements
