Do you have a Sales / telesales background and a flair for building relationships with clients?

Kameo Recruitment is looking for a confident and driven professional who is eager to help drive the business forward by following up on incoming leads, contacting new clients and attending networking events.

This is a rare and fantastic opportunity for someone with maybe a background in medical or insurance sales who is looking to progress their career in an expanding and forward-thinking company.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and source potential clients and build long-term relationships with them
  • Persuade prospective clients to engage in phone conversation.
  • Arrange virtual or face to face meeting to discuss business needs (current and future)
  • Provide a consultative approach when liaising with both clients and candidates, always ensuring a professional and cheerful disposition.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, with an enthusiastic sales ability
  • Account management
