Sales Engineer

Location:          North Cambridge

Hours:                Full Time, Monday to Friday

Salary:               Up to £30k

We are thrilled to be supporting our award-winning client, based in North Cambridge, who seek an experienced Internal Sales Engineer; this role focuses on de on delivering a high-quality customer sales experience, whilst providing proactive support and administration.

Duties and Responsibilities: 👌

  • Liaise with internal departments to generate and sell various products and services to existing customers whilst ensuring optimum delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Create quotations, oversee their completion, and handle the post-sale follow-up.
  • Follow up with customers during and after sale completion and look for ways to secure additional business.
  • Maintain data entry into the CRM System and compile sales reports.

Requirements: 📝

  • Experience in B2B sales / Account Management background.
  • Prior experience and knowledge selling technical products.
  • Team working ethic.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritise.
