Sales Administrator

Salary: £21,000-£23,000p.a.

Hours of work: 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday

Location: Ely

Kameo Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our client’s expanding manufacturing business, based in Ely.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in a Sales / Sales Administration to take on a new challenge and join a growing business where they have ambitious plans to continue to grow the business and support employees in their career development!

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing direct support to the Senior Sales Administrator.
  • Processing sales orders/sending out order acknowledgements.
  • Sending out proforma invoices to customers.
  • Handling incoming calls/enquiries from customers and ensuring all follow up actions are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Assisting Accounts to chase customer payments.
  • Providing direct administrative support to the Sales Mangers in their day-to-day duties.
  • Working with an ERP/CRM system.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in a Sales/Sales Administrator environment would be desirable.
  • A positive, confident and customer focused profession with strong communication skills.
  • A flexible, and proactive attitude.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, and either a CRM or ERP system would be ideal, although not essential as training will be provided.
