Hours of work: Full time

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office (Monday to Wednesday) and 2 days home based

Company benefits: 25 days holiday, pension is 5% employee, 4% employer contribution

Kameo Recruitment is partnering with a small and collaborative technology / software provider based in Northeast Cambridge to recruit a Sales Administrator. You will be supporting the sales team with day-to-day tasks including managing and processing orders, as well as administrative tasks and aiming to improve office processes.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator

  • Order administration including receiving orders from the Account Management team and placing them orders using SalesForce.
  • Update databases and CRM administration
  • Chase order documents for sales team
  • Process online store orders including customer contract preparation
  • Answer incoming calls, speak with customers, and provide excellent customer services and answers to any queries that arise
  • Work closely with the sales / account management team to build a strong working relationship
  • Manage incoming webchat enquiries
  • Work with Digital Marketing Executive to monitor and improve websites
  • Carry out do-hoc office duties as required

Requirements for this role

  • Previous experience working within sales administration or supporting a sales / account management team.
  • Working knowledge of a CRM system, Salesforce would be ideal
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Happy working with numbers
  • Willing to get involved in a variety of tasks
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable in a small team environment
