Kameo Recruitment are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our award-winning client based in North Cambridge. This role will focus on delivering a high-quality customer sales experience, whilst providing proactive support and administration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal departments to generate and sell various products and services to existing customers whilst ensuring optimum delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Create quotations, oversee their completion, and handle post-sale follow-up.
- Follow up with customers during and after sale completion and look for ways to secure additional business.
- Maintain data entry into the CRM System and compile sales reports.
- Experience in B2B sales / Account Management background.
- Would suit candidates with previous experience and knowledge selling within a technical arena.
- Great communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritise.
