Kameo Recruitment is partnering with a global manufacturing company based in Ely who are recruiting a Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant. In this key role, you will be providing administrative support to the QA team, ensuring processes and standards are followed.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant

  • Assist with the smooth running of the Quality Assurance team
  • Assist with maintaining external accreditations, as well as maintaining the internal audit programme, reports, and non-conformity records
  • Support the SOPs process, and the calibration process, arranging calibration visits and maintaining certificates
  • Support the process for ensuring that MRP data is accurate
  • Support with administration of compliance information
  • Support activities for the transfer of new products into production, and support the controlled document process

Requirements for this role

  • Solid administrative skills, with excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
