Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

We are seeking a Partner Account Manager to join a newly created team in supporting projects in their infancy.
The ideal candidate will enjoy exploring new ways of working with a proactive approach to support the division’s growth plans. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your skillset and make a real impact within a close-knit and collaborative team. With the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders, you will have previous experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
Duties:
- Build and nurture relationships with key partner accounts.
- Develop and define account management strategy.
- Work with tech support colleagues to understand and assist partners with technical queries.
- Where necessary deliver demonstrations of products to stakeholders
- Research new and innovative ways of working and implement processes.
- Identify new business opportunities by supporting the current customer portfolio in understanding their needs.
- Develop and implement customer strategy to drive desired growth.
- Research and develop new tools and technology to support the success of the division.
- Create, prepare and deliver reports on the status of key projects and opportunities.
- Create and deliver internal communication focused on partner updates.
- Work closely with the product team to understand and monitor partner requests and tickets.
- Partner with the marketing team to support sales campaigns resulting in customer engagement and acquisition.
- Provide advice and guidance to colleagues to support wider business objectives in areas of expertise.
- Collaborate with wider teams to further define and expand the scope of existing opportunities.
