 Kameo Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with one of the largest independent financial consultants based in Cambridge, to recruit a HR Administrator to join their collaborative team. As the HR Administrator you will be working on the full employee life cycle – from recruitment to departure and everything in between, ensuring a first-class service is delivered to their 240 employees.

Duties & Responsibilities

  •  General administration and co-ordination of tasks in support of the day-to-day HR operations.
  • Data input into specialist HR software (Civica) to ensure employee files are kept up to date and are accurate at all times.
  • Assisting in the preparation of correspondence, offer letters, contracts, policies and legal documentation.
  • Timely and precise documentation management (filing, archiving, scanning) to ensure HR files are up to date at all times.
  • Assisting in the recruitment and training as required. (Co-ordinating interviews, scanning CVs, updating recruitment logs, booking training, sourcing training venues and distributing training materials.)
  • Keeping HR budget spreadsheet up to date and co-ordinate with Finance team to ensure all costs have been allocated accordingly.
  • Dealing with telephone calls from partners, employees, agencies, suppliers, and candidates professionally and efficiently, projecting a positive and professional image.
  • Ensuring the HR Executive and Head of HR are advised of any issues as soon as possible.
  • Support the delivery of first-class service at all times.

Requirements of this HR Administrator

  • CIPID Level 3 or above (preferred)
  • Confident and bubbly personality
  • Accuracy in your work
  • Close attention to detail
  • Flexible approach with a “can do” attitude
  • Strong team worker (assisting other members of your team when required and able to provide cover when team members are absent)
