Are you a fully or part qualified Accountant? Are you looking for a new challenge that offers the opportunity to progress and grow?
As a Group Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate month-end and year-end group accounting, driving the budgeting and reforecasting processes, and providing key financial insights to support business decisions.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Group Accountant:
- Group year-end and month-end accounting and reporting
- Group statutory reporting
- IFRS accounting
- Driving annual budgeting and reforecasting processes
- Development and reporting of business KPIs
- Utilising reporting tools to provide business insights
- Take on any other responsibilities that reasonably fall within the job holders remit and capabilities
Requirements for the Group Accountant:
- UK Financial Accounting Qualification – full or part qualified (ACA/ACCA)
- Be comfortable working within an AIM listed business
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on accounting applications
- Be comfortable working within a rapidly growing business
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organised
- Confident in advanced MS Excel techniques
- Comfortable working autonomously or collaboratively
- Excellent communication skill
