Hours of work: Full time, on a rota basis across seven days a week

Kameo Recruitment is partnering with a resort near St Neots, who are seeking to recruit a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join their newly refurbished establishment. The successful candidate will be striving to meet the high standards of the family-owned business, so experience in a fast-paced environment will be essential.

You will be working closely with the team to ensure and oversee the smooth day to day running of the department. Your goal will be to provide guests with a positive and memorable experience, as well as training team members to meet these high standards.

Requirements for this role

  • A people person with excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to upsell, whilst motivating team members to also do this
  • A thorough understanding of hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills, with knowledge of running a food & beverage department, including managing rotas
  • The ability to delegate and supervise
  • Problem-solving abilities
