Hours of work: 15-18 hours per week (flexible across the week)

Hybrid working: This is an option, but you will be required to travel into the office on a weekly basis

Kameo Recruitment is partnering with a dynamic technology / software provider based in North Cambridge to recruit a Finance Administrator, where you will support the UK finance team, completing a variety of administration tasks, including some accounts payable and accounts receivable responsibilities. You will report into the Head of Finance and be joining a fantastic company culture.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Finance Administrator

  • Inputting of supplier invoices
  • Managing supplier payments & supplier account reconciliation
  • Credit Control- chasing payments from customers, with support from others
  • Supporting with supplier cost management
  • Responding to queries from Head of Finance
  • Inputting customer payments and receipts
  • Input costings for suppliers against different nominals
  • Checking and analysing staff expenses
  • Collate Sales data into summary sheet (Excel)
  • General finance administration support

It would be an advantage if you have experience using Sage 50 (cloud software)
