Duties & Responsibilities of the Facilities Contracts Manager
- Establish agreed levels of service through contract and service level agreements for all domestic and soft facility management areas, managing all related contracts
- Ensure that the facilities staff are integrated and able to meet operational needs
- Deliver facilities support to events
- Identify and manage all facilities related risks and ensure policies, procedures, and records are in place to ensure safety and compliance
- Manage staff residential lettings
- Report performance
Requirements for this role
- CIPS or equivalent qualification in procurement and contract management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience of working with and developing Service Level Agreements
- People management skills
- Good financial acumen, ability to set and manage budgets
- Ability to understand data and prepare reports
- Procurement and tendering knowledge
- IT skills & admin skills, with the ability to problem-solve
