Customer Success Manager

Salary:  £30,000 – £35,000

Hours of work: Full-time, office based

As the Customer Success Manager, you’ll outreach to new clients, onboard new clients, deal with any inbound enquiries, lead initiatives and processes to boost client value, usage and satisfaction in key accounts. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales skills and experience!

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted point of contact that clients can rely on
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve growth goals
  • Optimise existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of our client’s products and services, assist customers with questions and best practices for their needs
  • Sustain business growth by adopting a data-driven approach to customer management to prioritise time around risk, and mitigating churn through customer engagement
  • Drive and maintain high active user numbers and client satisfaction scores

Requirements for this role

  • Experience in mid-tier and enterprise B2B relationship management or account management (SaaS or tech experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with professional services
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Power BI experience also valued)
  • Strong organisation and project management skills to manage an exciting portfolio of clients
  • An eye for detail and high standards for deliverables
  • Excellent people, communication and presentation skills
