Kameo Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a highly successful and reputable insurance company based in Ely.  Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a confident and driven Customer Sales Advisor. Duties & Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Advisor

  • Handle general customer enquiries, including processing new quotations and policy alterations
  • Pro-actively drive new business, promoting our products, generate and prospect leads to establish long term and effective relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Carry out all administrative duties required, always ensuring compliance, and industry standards are followed.
  • Advise new & existing customers of the company’s range of financial services products, and where appropriate proactively book sales appointments for our Financial Advisor

Requirements of the Customer Sales Advisor

  • Candidates must have previous sales or customer service experience (including retail, banking, or a hospitality background)
  • Someone who has previously worked in Insurance sales would be very beneficial, though not essential.
  • People who can demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience.
  • Strong communication skills, & relationship building abilities coupled with a clear and professional telephone manner
  • A team player who is flexible, keen to learn and have a positive approach to their work
