Kameo Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for a proactive and self-motivated CRM Manager to join a growing software development company based near Cambridge. You will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the company Customer Relationship Management system to maximise efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities of the CRM Manager

  • Updating and maintaining sales data in the CRM
  • Producing reports, and providing internal teams with analytic support
  • Creating and monitoring CRM data quality standards and ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Developing and managing standard operating procedures, and providing training
  • Suggest process improvements, and validate CRM data with other systems to ensure consistency
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the sales & marketing functions

Requirements for this role

  • Experience in a CRM administrative role, and experience using & administering CRM systems
  • Thorough understanding of sales, account management, and marketing processes
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Strong project management, prioritisation, and organisational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills
