Account Executive – Creative & Digital – London

As part of the Creative & Digital Team you will work with an array of exciting clients and projects to deliver a social media and digital marketing service to the very highest standards.

You will support the team in the delivery of services from brief through to service delivery, and your involvement will change depending on the project and other work commitments. On occasion, you will support research requirements, creating ideas to feed into creative cross-platform content strategies, whilst other times you will focus on creative content design, delivering engaging and on-brand graphics, video and copy which meet client contract requirements, expectations, and KPIs.

This role offers hybrid working.

 

Duties & Responsibilities of the Account Executive – Creative & Digital

  • Create top quality, engaging and original social media content for clients across all social media channels
  • Manage social media accounts, ensuring community management is completed and all accounts are kept up to date
  • Proactively engage with target customers to grow client accounts
  • Write blogs, case studies and any other content using SEO techniques and best practice
  • Create on-brand graphics, video and copy using Canva Pro and Adobe Suite
  • Analyse data and create robust monthly reports
  • Undertake research on behalf of the wider team to support new business proposals and projects
  • Support the Head of Creative and Digital in delivering top quality services for clients

What you will need to succeed as Account Executive – Creative & Digital

  • Have experience of creative & digital service delivery at a similar level, ideally within a marketing agency
  • Be a confident communicator
  • Be able to multi-task and maintain attention to detail when working to strict deadlines / under pressure
  • Be resilient and adaptable
  • Be self-led with the ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Be well organised and thorough
  • Demonstrate initiative and tenacity
  • Demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Have a creative, flexible and innovative approach
  • Have, and be able to maintain a professional demeanour
  • Have the ability to build effective and professional working relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
