As a 1st Line Support Technician your day-to-day duty will be to support your clients using your range of technical support skills. As part of the role you will have a good telephone manner and have the ability to guide your clients through any technical issues they may be having.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support for PCs and servers remotely and on-site (Win10, Win11, 2012, 2016, 2019 & 2022)
- Installing PCs / upgrading software
- Administration of IP phone systems (via web based interface)
- Supporting customer applications (training provided)
- Setting up email accounts and website hosting (Linux and Windows)
- Support for Mac’s remotely and on-site.
