It’s official, Spring has sprung – hooray!
Days are longer, and even a bit warmer too (touch wood).
No set plans for the weekend? Let us help you with our celebrate Spring blog 😊
Fancy a spring brunch to kickstart your day?
Pinterest is jam-packed with Spring brunch ideas, other favourites of ours include BBC Good Food and The Food Network.
We know life is busy and time is of the essence, so we’ve found you our favourite spring recipes 😉
Lemon and Poppy Seed Traybake – serve with lemon curd or cream 😋
Brunch charcuterie – bagels/muffins (any choice of carb), crispy bacon, smoked salmon, cream cheese, boiled eggs, avocado, scrambled egg, honey, blueberries (any berries), muffins (any, you could even make the recipe above)
Pancake charcuterie: pancakes (fluffy American) bacon, banana, syrup, honey, jam, peanut butter
Chickpea, red pepper, egg & feta hash – get two of your five a day in before lunch! 🍅
💡Top Tip: To fully immerse yourself in Spring and reap the benefits of sunshine head to your garden and soak up the sounds and smells of Spring – this is obviously written in advance, and we live in England so it could well be raining, oh the irony!

Brighten up your home
☀️ Add a touch of Spring to your interior!
Bring nature inside and buy some seasonal flowers from your local supermarket
Add bright colours to your décor: pillows, rugs, curtains, or soft furnishings can make a real difference to your mood and overall wellbeing
An alternative to bright curtains is to clear the curtains, in spaces that are glowing with natural light e.g., patio / bi-folding doors, consider taking the curtains down and embrace the natural light
Spring clean… the windows because nothing says Spring is here more than the fingerprints and mud splatter left behind from the dreary days of winter.
However, you spend this weekend, we hope the sun shines for you ☀
